This podcast is a recording of Jenny Ashby‘s wonderful presentation, iGeography, at the 2012 Mobile Learning Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, on April 13, 2012. Jenny is an ICT specialist, Prep/1 teacher, reading recovery teacher in Melbourne, Australia. The official session description was: Students today have the world in their hands. Geography couldn’t be easier using various apps on the iPad. Excursions right in their hands without leaving the school. We’ll be using workflows to enhance geography learning and share to the world. [end] Text notes with included videos are also available. Follow Jenny on Twitter @jjash. (Note: Because of a cell phone or mifi device’s proximity to the recorder there was some interference during this recording. Most of those portions of this audio recording have been removed, along with some of the videos – which didn’t have dialog – and some of the exploration time. So this is a slightly abbreviated version of this entire presentation by Jenny.)
